There are also moments where you feel and hear something but others can\u2019t, is that really a ghost? Or is it just all in your head?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its is normal to react to potentially dangerous situations initially with fear and trepidation. \u00a0You get scared whenever your life&#8217;s in danger or you are being threatened. It can be alarming to feel that your mind and body suddenly tenses on any kind of threat that might hurt you. This also triggers your brain to being more focused and on guard. When you sense that you\u2019re in danger, you may start to panic. Your mind and body starts to focus on just one thing, to escape, to get to a safe place, to get out from where you are right now.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The more you struggle, the worst it gets, and the more your brain thinks wildly and eventually goes on haywire!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are people who easily get scared,who are were traumatized from childhood experiences. However, there are also people who cannot control their bodies when anxiety starts to kick in. Your main focus is to make sure you are safe, then \u00a0the anxiety will start to fade and will be can return to normal function.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below are some episodes that would help you determine if you have an anxiety disorder (a level of anxiety that is unstable and can no longer be controlled):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are always tense, on edge and worried making you feel uneasy and uncomfortable in challenging situations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You always believe that something bad will happen. It\u2019s just your fear that kicks in when you start to hallucinate and making that which you fear inside your head seem real. Which causes you to panic!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You feel that a catastrophe might happen anytime and danger seem to be lurking in every corner. It\u2019s one of the highest levels of anxiety attack, where you can no longer control yourself to the point that you can\u2019t move or to even go to new places.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are many ways on how you can control your anxiety. One of them is making sure that you are getting enough sleep and enough time for relaxation. This will surely take your mind off of your fear.
