If you think you are not moving forward, then you should consider tracking down your performance in a week or even in a month\u2019s time. Once you find that they at par with their counterparts and you are meeting your deadlines and even maximizing your productivity, then you have done your job well. However, don\u2019t be too carefree because as the business owner, you always need to stay on top of things. Know what you should prioritize and work on the difficulties along the way. Everyday is a challenge and it is up to you how to go about it and solve the issues. But don\u2019t forget to congratulate yourself and your team for a job well done at the end of the day.
